Remedy Apps LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected through the Punch mobile application (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, content you create, and data collected automatically through your device.

A. Information You Provide (Account Data)

When you register for Punch, we collect account information via third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication providers:

• Apple Sign-In: Name and email address (or relay email provided by Apple).
• Google Sign-In: Name and email address.

B. User-Generated Content (Block Data)

We collect and store the content you voluntarily create, organize, and share within the Punch app ("Block Data"). These block types include:

• Text: Notes, written information, custom fields, and lists.
• Media: Uploaded photos, images, and videos.
• Files: Documents, attachments, and stored files.
• Locations: Map pins, saved locations, addresses, and coordinates manually input or selected by you.
• Links: Web URLs, hyperlinks, and external references.

C. Automatically Collected Information (Device & Usage Analytics)

When you use Punch, we automatically collect technical diagnostics and usage metrics to ensure app stability and performance:

• Crash Analytics: Stack traces, crash logs, device model, operating system version, and system state at the time of an error.
• Usage Analytics: Feature usage counts, app performance metrics, session frequency, and user interaction patterns.

D. Location Data

Punch does NOT collect, track, or request background or real-time GPS location data from your device. Location blocks created inside the app consist solely of addresses or map pins manually selected or typed in by you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and maintain your user account.
• To store, display, and transmit your Block Data to you and your designated group members.
• To monitor app stability, fix crashes, diagnose technical bugs, and optimize app performance.
• To respond to support queries or legal requests sent to [email protected].

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. We share data only with third-party infrastructure and analytics providers necessary to operate the app:

• Authentication Providers: Apple Inc. and Google LLC (for account sign-in).
• Cloud Database & Storage: Secure cloud infrastructure used to host your account data, files, media, and Block Data.
• Product Analytics: PostHog, Inc. (used to analyze aggregate user interactions, app stability, and feature usage patterns).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

A. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and User-Generated Content for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service.

B. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. You may initiate deletion in-app via account settings or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

When your account is deleted, your account record, personal email, and all uploaded Block Data (including all text, photo, video, file, map location, and link blocks) will be permanently deleted from our active databases.

6. Children's Privacy

Punch is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and provide notice within the app or via email if material changes occur.
